Thank you for your trust and support in WindPlain Men's Wear! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please rest assured that we offer a convenient return and refund process.

I. Return Policy Overview

  1. To protect your rights, you may apply for a return within 14 days of receiving your order for all items except underwear, swimwear, personal accessories, and customized products.

  2. Please ensure the returned item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and has its tags, accessories, and original packaging intact. Returns may not be accepted if the item shows signs of use or if the packaging is damaged.

  3. You must first contact our customer service team to obtain the official return address. Unauthorized returns may not be processed promptly and could be refused.

  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a shipping carrier with tracking functionality to monitor your package. For issues like loss or damage during transit, please contact the shipping company directly. We will provide necessary assistance but cannot assume liability.

  5. Please ensure only items purchased from our store are returned. We cannot manage or return non-WindPlain items included in the package.

II. Eligible Reasons for Return

  1. The item arrived with defects such as damage, stains, or quality issues.

  2. The received item's size or color differs from what you ordered.

  3. You are dissatisfied with the product (non-quality related), provided it is unused and in resalable condition, and the return is within the 30-day window.

III. Easy Return Process

  1. Step 1: Email support@windplain.com with your order number, item(s) for return, and the reason. For quality issues, please attach clear photos to expedite processing.
  2. Step 2: After approval, customer service will email you the official return address and detailed instructions.

  3. Step 3: Securely pack the item, ship it using a trackable service, and email the tracking number and shipping receipt to customer service for record-keeping.

  4. Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund upon successful verification.

IV. Refund Tips

Returning the item with its tags and original packaging to our return center will speed up the refund process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection and approval.

V. Order Cancellation Policy

  1. If you change your mind within 24 hours of payment and the order has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund with no fees.

  2. For cancellations requested more than 24 hours after payment, but before shipment, a 15% handling fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  3. Orders cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped. You may, however, follow the standard return process after receiving the item.

  4. To cancel an order, email support@windplain.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
